Defending Your Rights In Arizona
If you are facing criminal charges, it is important to know your rights. You have the right to remain silent, you have the right to a jury trial and you have the right to a proper defense.
Defending those rights is why I became a criminal defense lawyer. From my Tucson, Arizona office, I provide skilled and adept legal representation to clients charged with a range of crimes, from murder to minor misdemeanors.

Finding the Facts To Strengthen Your Case
Throughout my career as an attorney, I have taken an intellectual approach to every case. I thoroughly investigate all of the facts, gaining the perspective I need to advise my clients on how best to proceed. Contact my office if you have been charged with any crime, including:
- Homicide, from murder to manslaughter or negligent homicide
- Assault, including battery, domestic violence and aggravated assault
- Theft, robbery and burglary
- Drug crimes, including drug and drug paraphernalia possession
- Rape and other sex crimes
- Probation violations
My charge as your attorney is to keep you well-informed of any decisions that you will have to make throughout the process of your case, from pre-trial motions to litigation.
Over Two Decades of Trial Experience
Since 1984, I have been obtaining successful resolutions for clients in high profile cases involving murder and possible death penalty sentences. In the two death penalty trials I have been involved in, both ended with no death penalty sentence for my clients. In another trial, I represented the accused "Kahala slasher." In that case, I obtained a verdict of not guilty as charged.
